FABRICATION

 

We specialize in design and fabrication of custom belt conveyors, screw conveyors and chain conveyors.  We have experience with small specialty belt conveyors such as 18" x 12' waste water treatment plant sludge conveyors and large overland conveyors 1000's of feet in length.

We have fabricated Waste Water Treatment Plant conveyors fabricated from steel and stainless steel.  All steel parts were hot dip galvanized after fabrication to ensure a very high corrosion resistance.  All idlers and belt scarpers were polyurethane. 

More standard conveyor configurations include conveyors with structural steel or lattice stringers supported by structural steel bents.  Another type of conveyor that we are experienced with are overland conveyors.
